Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of nordictra.com, operated by UAB "X Premium solutions LT", registration code 305628325, VAT LT100013506015.

Comparison information

Information about third-party carriers, including services and typical transit times, is provided for general guidance only. Prices, delivery times and conditions are set by each carrier and confirmed on the carrier’s own website. Bookings made with third-party carriers are contracts between you and that carrier.

Nordictra services

Nordictra Courier EU and fulfillment services are provided on the basis of a written quote or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, international road carriage is subject to the CMR Convention.

Prohibited goods

We do not accept dangerous goods, illegal items, cash, or other goods excluded by applicable law or by our carrier partners without prior written agreement.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage during transport is limited as set out in the applicable agreement and mandatory law. Additional insurance is available on request.
