This policy explains how UAB "X Premium solutions LT" (“Nordictra”, “we”), registration code 305628325, Talino g. 67-5, LT-05200 Vilnius, Lithuania, processes personal data when you use nordictra.com or our services. We act as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

Contact details you send us: name, company, email, phone.
Shipment details: pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contact details, parcel information.
Order data received from your online store when we provide fulfillment services.
Technical data such as IP address and browser information in server logs.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
To perform transport and fulfillment contracts (performance of contract).
To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We share shipment data with carriers and subcontractors only as needed to deliver your goods, and with IT, hosting and accounting providers under data processing agreements. Links to other carriers lead to their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
